The battle continues…Covid…preserving our planet within 10 years…then we're presented with a third world war?
And, I need you to know, at no point am I making light of any of these.
It makes me wonder about the human race. But faced in a helpless situation to make any difference, what do you do?
Worry? add to the whole fear of the situation?
No, what would the Dali Lama do?
Send peace? a wave of love? send money to those in dire need? until a resolution can be found asap? keep calm?
I'd hope so, AND as my go to, begin writing everything to be grateful for...a roof over your head, peace, heat, food, water all the necessary important things humans need (look up Maslow's hierarchy of needs triangle),
plus even more, we in the uk atm are so grateful at this time in having?
Look at us!
Cos theres a massive contrast here, while we have so much compassion for every person going through atrocities, we're not helping with fear
We’re just not helping stirring the pot up into a frenzy of manic panic and fear and projections of what if's?
Stay in this moment...stay with me...dont project to the future cos it never arrives...there is only NOW
'What you focus on, you increase' It is the law of the universe, like counting red cars then seeing them everywhere - Our 'focus' is able to change our own world - but by changing our own world, we can then give a hand to others, and theres plenty more that need it, all around us!
Worrying about others far away surviving, while ignoring the homeless man on your street? Or the single Mum trying to feed her children with rising fuel costs?
Believe me, theres wars being fought all around us, we're just not noticing them?
Freedom is one hellofa big word
So, dont tell me money can never help that, money can do so much good in the world, it's the system we use
And truly, we, really do have so much to be grateful for
It may help you to think money is ‘just' a political evil but if I can help that single mum then I dont care, there’s always going to be the contrast in any situation
We're all the same, all any of us want, is, safety in our own lives and homes?
